This week I am gearing up for a new twist on some spring tops. Braiding and weaving different shapes and designs into your shirts can give any boring plain shirt a face lift. Here is an example of one I have already completed for my Artfire shop.

I placed satin under the weave so when it is worn no skin shows. The contrast between the cotton and satin makes for an interesting look. More to come soon. I have four more shirts I am working on. Check out salinabear on you tube if you want a great tutorial on how to weave and braid. Super easy. Enjoy..
